If you are an executive, a manager or any kind of leader working in a knowledge-based organization, including IT companies, you are likely to find something useful here.
I aid large organizations, smaller companies and single teams that want to move de facto into the 21st century and improve their business capability, by adopting modern approaches to value generation and to teamwork.
In practice, I can help you and your organization to:
I can work side-by-side with your organization, beside the organizational and mindset change, in the adoption of Agile and Lean methods such as Scrum, eXtreme Programming (XP) and Kanban, in large enterprise transitions as well as for one single team.
I integrate the Agile/Lean principles and practices with other disciplines including Learning organizations, Complexity thinking and socio-relational skills, all quite valuable when it comes to thriving on knowledge work.
My solid and extensive technical background in Information Technology, that I developed in the first 15 years of my career, allows me to understand the business and organizational side of IT as well as its operational and practical complexities.
However, my work in the field of organizational and cultural change is no longer confined to the IT space.
I provide Agile executive coaching, team coaching, Agile organizational consulting and, occasionally, training – the latter in the form of hands-on interactive workshops.
Depending on your goal, I can be on-site for one single day of consulting or training, or for multiple coaching and consulting days spread over a longer period of time. Traveling wherever you are isn't an issue.
I'm most effective when I'm actively engaged in concrete projects and when I work side by side with executives and managers.
In over two decades of professional experience, I've had clients (including a few remarkable ones) in three different continents and I've worked with organizations ranging from the United Nations to small and dynamic IT companies.
I've worked for four years in the U.S. on a O-1 visa for "extraordinary abilities in Sciences", at the time helping development teams to become more proficient in programming languages and enterprise software architectures.
As part of my regular activities, I enjoy sharing what I know by speaking at major international conferences and by teaching public workshops in different countries through a network of partner companies.
I currently work in Europe and I'm based in Italy. Not surprisingly, I travel quite a bit.
Finally, if you are interested in my work in general, I recommend that you subscribe to my monthly newsletter.
